Who can make a referral?
- Friends or family members of new mums
- Health professionals, including GPs, midwives, and nurses
- Community organisations
- Mums themselves (self-referrals are welcome!)
How to refer
- Fill out our referral form with the mum’s details and a brief description of her situation.
- Call us directly on 0490 409 039 (Tweed, Lismore, Byron Shire, Ballina Shire and Southern Gold coast)
What happens next?
Once we receive a referral, our team will:
- Reach out to the mum to discuss her needs.
- Match her with a trained volunteer who aligns with her circumstances.
- Provide regular support to help her regain balance and confidence in her motherhood journey.
